Vicky is a certified International Coach Federation (ICF) transformative coach with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Media, Master of Educational Leadership and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
My Vision
To bring about systemic change by connecting women to themselves and each other so they can collectively flourish.
My Mission
Welcome! My mission is to be an advocate for women and girls as a coach, and educator. This arose from my own struggles as a teenage girl, in raising my two daughters to adulthood, and fostering teen girls who were in utter distress. I saw firsthand the burden carried by our young women and how this compromised their ability to flourish.
This inspired me to undertake a Master of Educational Leadership looking at how young women build leader identity through their secondary school experiences. The thesis received a Dean's Award for excellence in research and ignited a deep passion within me to actively shift the narrative for teen girls and to develop women to see themselves as more than bodies, as leaders.
