PROGRAMME YR 6-8

FINDING YOUR VOICE

Te Reo a te rangatahi

Finding Your Voice is a powerful, uplifting coaching programme designed for girls aged 11-13 as they step into one of the biggest transitions of their young lives. At this age, girls are ready for more independence, yet still need the support, tools, and the language to speak up, trust themselves, and build strong, healthy relationships.

This is where we come in.

Each of our coaching programmes connect girls to:

  • Their inner self — who they are, what they feel, what matters to them

  • Their social self - friendships, boundaries, belonging

  • Their future self - who they are becoming and what they dream of

We create a space where girls feel safe, seen, and valued. A place where they can explore what’s really going on inside - their worries, their strengths, their excitement, and their big questions. Every session is filled with real conversations, interactive activities, creativity, and coaching moments that help girls feel more grounded and confident in themselves. They are encouraged to share their ideas, ask questions, challenge unhelpful thinking, and be part of the solution. It’s fun, it’s real, and it’s designed for the world they’re growing up in.

What we explore:

Each module explores a core area of identity, wellbeing, and personal growth:

  • Building healthy friendships. Practical tools, social skills & navigating friendship drama

  • Confidence in your own skin. Why confidence changes, and how to strengthen it

  • Talking back to the inner mean girl. Challenging unhelpful self-talk and building an inner coach

  • Perfectionism and the Super Girl Syndrome. Letting go of pressure and unrealistic expectations

  • Boundaries and asking for help. Learning to say no, speak up, and trust your voice

  • Keeping your cool when life gets crazy. Emotional regulation tools for real life

Each module weaves together the girl’s inner world, social world, and future self.

PROGRAMME YR 9-11

OWNING YOUR VOICE

Whakapakari tō reo

Owning Your Voice is a powerful coaching programme designed specifically for girls aged 14 -16 (Year 9-11), a stage where life becomes more complex, expectations grow, and the world starts asking bigger questions of them. These young women are learning to balance friendships, identity, academics, social media, self-image, and an increasing pressure to “have it all together”. Our programme gives them the space, tools, conversations, and confidence to navigate it all with clarity, compassion, and courage. This is where girls move from finding their voice to using their voice more deliberately.

What is the programme about?

At this age, girls are stepping into young adulthood while still forming the inner foundations that will guide them for years to come. We help them:

  • Understand who they are beyond labels, expectations, and comparison

  • Strengthen self-belief in a world that can be loud and overwhelming

  • Create healthier friendships and communicate with courage

  • Build boundaries that protect their wellbeing

  • Challenge perfectionism, pressure, and unrealistic standards

  • Develop emotional tools for stress, anxiety, and everyday overwhelm

  • Envision the kind of young woman they want to become

Sessions are honest, real, engaging, and designed to meet teens where they’re at, with depth, humour, and the right amount of challenge.

What we explore:

This programme is built around deeper, more mature conversations, real-world tools, and greater accountability.

Building strong friendships - navigating the shift from childhood friendships to more complex, emotionally layered relationships.

Topics include:

  • recognising manipulative or draining dynamics

  • balancing independence and connection

  • navigating group dynamics and social comparison

  • repairing friendships vs letting go

  • building a supportive “inner circle”

PROGRAMME YR 12-13

SHAPING YOUR FUTURE

Hīkina te mānuka

Shaping Your Future is a transformative group coaching programme for young women aged 16 –18, a stage defined by possibility, pressure, independence, and big decisions. These girls are standing on the edge of adulthood while still navigating the complexity of being a teen, friendships, workload, identity, relationships, social media, values, and “what’s next?” This programme is given in modules over six two-hour sessions and gives senior students a brave, steady, grounding space to pause, reflect, reconnect with who they are, and build the tools they need to lead themselves into the next chapter of their lives. This is where young women move from owning their voice to leading with it. We help them stand in their power with clarity, courage, and compassion, towards themselves and others.

What is the programme about?

Girls at this age are juggling more than ever:

  • exam pressures

  • future pathways

  • relationships

  • independence

  • identity formation

  • social expectations

  • family responsibilities

  • balancing work and life

  • mental wellbeing

Our programme centres them on who they are, not who the world tells them to be.

We can help them:

Lead themselves with confidence, agency, and self-awareness

  • Define their personal values and make aligned decisions

  • Navigate friendships and romantic relationships with maturity

  • Build emotional resilience for the real world

  • Manage stress, pressure, and perfectionism

Sessions are honest, empowering, and deeply relevant to where senior girls are right now underpinned with current thinking on how the world affects our teens, and how to talk back to it.

What we explore:

This programme includes the core FYP wellbeing, identity, and confidence themes, but expands them with new modules for senior students who are transitioning into adulthood.

WHO BENEFITS FROM COACHING?

Coaching is appropriate for students who:

  • would benefit from additional wellbeing support

  •  are navigating friendship challenges or social pressure

  • are experiencing low confidence or self-esteem

  • are high-achievers experiencing burnout

  • would benefit from one-to-one reflection time

  • are preparing for future pathways and decision-making

We work in partnership with schools to provide early intervention, strengthen protective factors, and give students a safe and structured space to develop self-awareness, problem-solving abilities, and healthy coping strategies.
