YOUR JOURNEY

Ages 16-18

Everyone asks what you want to do, but not everyone asks how you want to feel and who you want to be. That’s where The Future You Project comes in. FYP helps you grow in self-belief that doesn’t fade after exams or graduation. It’s about knowing your values, trusting your decisions, and feeling ready, whatever path you choose next.

AT FYP WE CAN HELP YOU TO...

  • Understand your personal values and what drives you with appropriate tools to evaluate these core principles.

  • Build your own unique path with achievable goals that centres you as the lead character of your life.

  • Strengthen leadership skills and cultivate powerful communication skills

  • Learn how to balance study, wellbeing, and social life.

These final school years are about stepping into your own story, and that’s not something you have to do alone. FYP gives you a space to talk things through, explore ideas, and practise the skills that will help shape your next chapter.

Note: FYP can organise leaders with specific skills (i,e, career coaching, leadership, creative industry) to help the students get a clearer picture of where to next.

You’ll leave with more than a plan; you’ll leave with tools you can keep using for life from self-leadership to healthy boundaries and courage to self-belief.

Every choice, challenge, and conversation is part of shaping what comes next.

It might help to hear from other young women too:

Learned more about why we get anxiety and about other views of topics we don’t discuss often.
