Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, The Future You Project (FYP) empowers girls and young women through mentoring, coaching, leadership, and wellbeing programmes that build self-belief from the inside out.

Our approach: grounded in hauora (caring for the whole person), guided by aroha (heart)

We believe confidence doesn’t happen by chance. It grows through connection, community, and care.

Our programmes are built around the principles of hauora - supporting the whole person: mind, body, relationships, and spirit. Whether it’s through school workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership pathways, we help young people strengthen their sense of self and their ability to lead with compassion and clarity.
